Her

The Indignant Poetess

Trauma flows through my veins at the sight of her blue eyes,

shell shocked into place before she fills the empty space with her warmth.

Time lost in our words exchanged,

She said it may have been meant to be,

and I refused to surrender to my tears.

So glad it is light hearted. Move on is the word. Nicely written
