It hit hard

Someone said your name today,
I crumbled off of my feet to lay.
Allowed myself to form the tears,
let myself think of all those fears.
It was time to let them flow,
every now and then I let them go.
It's hard keeping the hurt hidden away,
and your name hit hard when heard today.
No one understands my feelings view,
life has come to be hard without you.
Having to deal with my thoughts alone,
and times like today it needs to be shown.
Thus I crumbled and here I lay,
someone said your name today.
