If all the prices..of everything
Remained the same..no change
Then everything..and every life
Would have no...worried ways
Why is it not?
The answer be...the reason be..
For greed..however small
If all the world just stayed the same
No quest for extra pennies
Greed
A decent wage..sufficient
All...would live in peace
If all would stay at one set price...
For everything ..
How nice
Surely...it could be this way
It should have..from the start
This wouldn't stifle innovation
Cream...still rises to the top
This wouldn't stop
Those with plans...however grand
Empires...could still build
They ..employed by dreamers
Could be comfy..in their ways
No inflation..prices stay
The same
Why..you ask..can this not be?
A sadly..simple truth
One man wants a penny more
The next one...wants another
Forever...
Greed ...defines the world of we
It really never had to be
A penny...from the days of yore
Should buy the same
This day
No more dicks.. inflating
No more.. blown up life
No more strikes for needed coppers
No more homeless...midnight robbers
Equal..all
As should it be..
But then again...that's just me...
Imagining

Greed the fuel of capitalism. Humanity's flaw spawns ambition and civilization. A lovely write that gives one a good deal of thought and is mind provoking. Well done. A fave
Thanks...there's no need for all the inflation
