tears roll down you face when emotions start
help control your feelings there inside in your heart
rolling down your face they dont make a sound
just a stream of tears falling all around
help you realease emotions that you feel
with your broken heart tears will help you heal
as the time goes by and all the tears have gone
you can start again with life carry on.

My mother always had a theory that if you didn't cry enough times, or if you hadn't cried in a long time, something really bad would happen to make you cry. So it's best to be safe and allow yourself to cry over the little or seemingly insignificant things!
