Kurt Philip Behm

Don’t let

your spark

become a fuse

blowing up

the truth

Don’t let

the flame

become a blaze

burning down

your youth

Don’t be the

kindling

become the tree

that reaches

and extends

Don’t be

accused

of lighting the match

on what

— should never end

Kurt, this carries weight. The spark, the flame, the blaze...all stack like a litany, urging life over ruin. That turn...“don’t be the kindling, become the tree”...amen. Beautifully done, my friend…a vision of growth and preservation. 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦‍⬛

Very nice Kurt again the use of a double entendre in fire that burns things down and ignites things as as well. A wonderful use of meaning.
