Shower Tears

Anthony Hanible

In here

My comforter zone

I scream it all out

So I can wash them away

Looking to have a good day

Using the shower as a metaphor and symbolically washing away the unwanted elements of the day is a clever and most poetic manner of cleansing. Nicely said.

I love this! It's so relatable, nobody can see you cry if you have water streaming down your face. I love that it's so short yet still tells a whole story. This is really well done.
