Oops! Isn't that funny?
You made a mistake!
Spilled your ink on the paper!
Well that's quite the stain!
Maybe try to rub it off?
Oh no! Now, it's just spread.
Maybe just give up at this point.
Get a new paper? Yeah!
Let someone else deal with that one.
Oh look! The paper is trying to wash itself.
Isn't that silly? It's just a paper!
Should you feel bad you spilled on it?
No time, the paper is falling apart!
It's scrubbing so hard it's tearing up!
Little pieces of paper go down the drain.
The paper isn't even whole anymore!
It's clogging the drain! Oh no!
Run away! Quick, before you have to face any consequences.

A series of consequences that remind me of childhood and many such actions that lead from one mistake to another getting each time worse. A most fun read and it well could be a metaphor. Nicely done
Thank you so much for reading!
Most welcome
Wow! I’ve felt life fold in on itself the way you describe here, 🥷. Thin as paper, yet carrying stories, scars, and truths that cut deep. You captured it with clarity, my friend. 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦⬛
Thank you so much, and thank you for reading!
You are most welcome!
OMG, well written, poem "A Piece of Paper" revolves around the concept of mistakes and the often humorous yet chaotic consequences that can arise from them. It personifies a piece of paper, illustrating how a small error (spilling ink) can lead to increasingly disastrous outcomes, ultimately suggesting that some mistakes are better left unaddressed or that they might spiral out of control.
Thank you so much for reading and your interpretation!
