Towards me

Maplespal

I want you to yell at me really loud,
put your voices height above the clouds,
make darn sure others will turn and hear,
yell at me your deepest most feared of fears.
Curse at me and direct it towards,
back me into this buildings boards,
have me cover from your fists pound,
yell me into the sidewalks ground.
Please yell it at me and forcefully shout,
please let that fear be known and out.
I hate seeing it in your beautiful view,
direct it towards me, I'm here for you.

The feeling that it is better to voice and vent feelings than to keep them in. Here is seems even more comfortable to hear rage than to have it hidden to hear fear is to be able to deal with it, to hide it is to reinforce it. A lovely write

I encouraged me ex to always let it out in any tone she needed to. She knew I could take the worst because there were times she needed to give it.
