i was scared to go to school used to run away
fed up of the bullying that i got each day
scared to go to sleep i would break my heart
when i closed my eyes the bullying would start
didnt tell a soul in case it just got worse
i was just a victim of the bully curse
i reached out to daddy he told me what to do
never walk away let them make a fool of you
look them in eye stay and stand your ground
they will realize its time to turn around
let them runaway like you use to do
turn it all around now there scared of you

My father told me of his brother that ran home one day chased by bullies. My grandmother asked him why are you running? He said bullies chasing me. She told him if you run from them again I'll beat you far worse than they. He never ran from them again. A lovely write with a strong message.
