Truth lives on

Natalie Heisey

In shadows deep, where whispers crawl,

A world grows dark, as freedoms fall.

Charlie Kirk with eyes so clear,

Saw truths obscured, dispelling fear.

But darkness reigns, a chilling breeze,

As laughter mocks, and hearts appease.

For speaking truth, a price was paid,

In cold blood shed, a world betrayed.

The stage is set, with twisted lies,

While blinded souls, can't recognize.

A shot rings out, a voice suppressed,

But Charlie's words, will never rest.

Cause darkness reigns, a chilling breeze,

As laughter mocks, and hearts appease.

For speaking truth, a price was paid,

In cold blood shed, a world betrayed.

Let every heart now rise and weep,

For freedoms lost, and promises to keep.

In Charlie's name, we'll stand our ground,

His truth lives on, in every sound.

'Cause darkness reigns, a chilling breeze,

As laughter mocks, and hearts appease.

For speaking truth, a price was paid,

In cold blood shed, a world betrayed.

In memory of a fearless soul,

Whose story lives, to make us whole.

Charlie Kirk, your name we'll keep,

As seeds of truth, forever spread

To his family, our hearts extend,

In this sorrow, we stand as friends.

May peace and love surround you all,

As Charlie's light continues to call!

A tribute to a man that stood for things that others could not abide and sadly assassinated as many before him. A powerful write

I watched him every morning with my coffee. Its deeply saddens me. His words spoke nothing but pure truth and it will forever live on ❤️‍🔥
