Are there agendas at play?
For pushing on us 3 meals a day?
Or has it actually always been this way?
They call breakfast the most important meal.
Use your own brain now, is that what you really feel?
The NHS don't even recommend any sort of fasting,
Answers to us are only sold in pill form and ever lasting.
