autumn day

jim56

leaves are turning brown autumns on the way

sky has lost it blue now its turns to grey

temperature is changing grass begins to brown

leaves they cover pavements as there falling down.

tree are standing bare no leaves to be found

leaves that they once carried now lying on the ground

creating autumn scenes mother natures way
such a lovely picture on an autumn day

Love your putting a positive twist on autumn, one of my least favorite seasons. You make it beautiful despite the grey skies. A most lovely write Jim

Hello Jim, I am not a fan of autumn but I am certainly liking your visual treat here. A lovely poem and as I respond the wind is doing its utmost to shake those leaves off my silver birch. The grass covered in its early smatterings of gold. Hope you are well. All good wishes to you.
