i remember when we met when were young and free
when we walked together hand in hand with me
underneath the moon shining up above
you and i together very much in love
walk along the shore beneath a moonlit sky
looking at stars floating way up high
with the summer breeze blowing free and light
gentle and so calm on a summers night
watching as the tide rolls in to the shore
rolling wild and free coming home once more
all these things i hold in memory
for ever in my mind they will always be
