Think of Me
It's been a while since I saw you last.
I'm always looking to the past.
Can't get over how we crashed.
We used to dream of our lives lived fast and how we'd always be.
On the beach staring out at the sea, planing our life to be.
Tell me, do you ever think me?
Wonder what would we see?
Would we last an eternity?
It was always you and me,
Live wild, fast and free.
I have learned to breathe without you,
But I still remember all our dreams.
Tell me, do you ever think of me?

This strikes a chord of human familiarity of knowing someone well and then a separation in space and the thought of do they ever think of you in that you are obviously thinking of them. That human longing for being important to someone. A fave
