Bande hai hum unke, hum pe kis ka zor?
Umeedon ki saari, chodh di humne do'r
Milke saare udd chale, todd ke armaan-e-jahaan
Awaara ek parinda banke, takta raha neela aasmaan
Bulava kisi roz aayegi, intezaar-e-antt ki
Munasib lamha thori hota hai, Alvida karne ki?
