My mind is racing, thoughts astray
Sitting still, but my brain won't stay
In circles I go, a never ending spin
Overthinking, my sanity within
A loop of worries, fears and doubts
Playing on repeat, without a pause
I'm searching for calm, a peaceful place
But my mind won't quiet, it's a restless space
In this whirlwind of thoughts, I'm lost and alone
Trying to break free, but can't find my way back home
The cycle continues, day and night
A maze of overthinking, without a light
