Untitled #3

𝓱𝓪𝔂𝓵𝓮𝓲𝓰𝓱

the day a man loves me

is the day that I will die,

no man of mine has a mind,

we all die alone.

to die together

is improbable,

but I will never ache like that,

I'd rather die alone.

This poem seems to speak of a disbelief that she can be loved by a man and has accepted solitude. Strong words of conviction here. Nicely done

Yay on your A's! Rock on Hayleigh!!!

As for your poem, Ii sucks to feel unloved or unable to be loved by another and, when that seeming becomes the regular cycle, it can be off putting in the least...so much so that solitude and isolation and loneliness seem to be the better pain. Powerful write, my friend! A fave! 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦‍⬛
