Nature and her contrast

REBELLIOUS SOUL

THE BEAUTY IN CONTRAST

The beauty of nature is eternal—
the place where contradiction is born.
From the soft chirp of a bird
to the frightening crack of thunder,
her voice is both lullaby and roar.

We drown in the endless blue sky,
yet find ourselves again
in the eternal ocean below.

Her grace is as radiant as the terror of a storm,
her strength as tender as a blooming flower.
The contrast is the beauty—
and beauty lives
forever within her contrast.

The two faces of Janus displayed in this poem. Beauty can not exist without the ugly. All is beauty seen through different eyes. A lovely poem that rings true. Most lovely

I feel this poem embarks something in me that has been missing, or cast aside. The feminine usage of pronouns reminds me of the love I have for the women in my life, and yes, they are beautiful.
