Where did you go?

Tayama

The sheets are dry, for you are not there to sweat…

Dust floats in the sunlight, for I do not dare move a thing of yours…

Wax on the dresser from the last candle you lit…

Perfume scattered in the room…

Your scent burned into my heart…

Untold messages left by so many, wondering where I am, where you are …what is wrong…

I don’t know…Where did you go?

Pieces of you in a mind that cannot seem to find you…

Are you in another room?

I can’t seem to leave this one, or did I?

To think I can live without you in my senses…

To feel you, smell you, to consume you…

And to say I’m sorry, for I believe I sent you away?

It can’t be.

It might be.

I believe it is to be.

I don’t know…I don’t remember…

I'll wait here my love, and pray that I see you and me in the mirror where your angelic eyes are looking back at me…

Then maybe I will know that whatever happened to you and me…

Was to be…for then I’ll see…why you left me.

Control comes if you send her away but is lost if she left. We all hurt when we lose control. Good write
