And this time is real
This time I care
Because I didn't have time to prepare
And how could you possibly be ready
For something bigger than life
Matters concerning the heart
Are deep wells of mystery
Only if you are brave enough
Can you grab a flashlight
And throw yourself into it
Not knowing if you'll ever get back out
But knowing you're not going to be
Haunted by the truth for the rest of your life
