The breeze

Bashirah Asuku

Softly blows the summer breeze,
Bringing warmth to all that squeeze,
Gently sways the trees with ease,
Dancing leaves in warm release.

Whispers secrets in my ear,
Calming sounds that banish fear,
Nature's voice that's always clear,
Soothing soul that's held so dear.

With scents of blooms, it gently strays,
Fragrant whispers in sunny days,
Rustling leaves in gentle ways,
Summer's peace in breezy sway.

As sunset falls, it whispers low,
A lullaby for all to know,
Stars appear in evening's glow,
Night's sweet peace in breezy flow.
