Darkness Runs

Kurt Philip Behm

Night a gift

where memories sleep

dreams unwrap

and words release

Blankness woven

connection spun

a poem born

— as darkness runs

Beautiful Kurt. I find that as opposed to the mornings being inspirational it is the night. Maybe that is why my tone is often dark. Loved this one my friend.

Beautiful Kurt! That closing...“a poem born as darkness runs”...really struck me. Such a graceful image of creation. 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦‍⬛
