Indoctrinated

Shaunmatthewcpoetry

Change needs to occur and take the centre stages,

An indoctrinated mind is too dumbed down for rages.

Families, ancestors, parents, we're always lied to,

What's real freedom when you live in a human zoo?

Deby slavery is a way for them to make money back,

Taxation, propaganda and capitalism did all that.

I miss old school times which were simpler still,

Read my Bible and listen to Cube's Kill At Will.

We think that the present is a time of indoctrination but it has always been with us. The history I was never taught, the prejudice they tried to teach, the belief that only your god existed so many beliefs of false news from the past. Good write made me think

Indoctrination is the name of the human game. Whether it is religion (and I am a person of faith, so no slight there), politics, education, etc. We are indoctrinated at every turn from breath one. Fantastic write...and great album drop too! Love it! 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦‍⬛
