Grande Gauleiter of Grotesquery

Tristan Robert Lange

Notice of absence from Tristan Robert Lange
Life is full of seasons. This is a season of transition for me, where I will be moving with my family to a new location. As such, with much logistics to consider, I am doing my best to keep up. Please know if I accidentally don't respond, it is not because I am ghosting or becoming distant. Once things settle after the move, I am sure life will return to some normalcy. In the meantime, and always:

Read πŸ‘“, Write ✍️, Rise πŸŒ…, Realize 🀯.

Tristan πŸŒΉπŸ–€πŸ™πŸ•―οΈπŸ¦β€β¬›
Hostility over humanity heralded.
Egotistical and maniacal
Gauleiter of grotesque air guerrillas—
Sanctioned by a toupee totalitarian,
Excluding the fact the toupee’s permanent—
Takes lives, with glee, for our “security”.
How much of it, though, do we believe?

Too real to smile the one shakes the bones of government in place and will put a frown on their face. Love the alliteration that adds force to the words.

    • Tristan Robert Lange

Soren, exactly that...too true to grin. The alliteration’s my drumbeat of dissent, as it were...the satire my way of saying what can’t be said straight. You read it right. My apologies for the delay. Been one of those weeks. πŸŒΉπŸ–€πŸ™πŸ•―οΈπŸ¦β€β¬›

Somewhere actually, between extremely little and none.

Wish with all my anger and irritation that this little gem would do it.....

      • Tristan Robert Lange

Dave, somewhere between little and none indeed…but we keep writing anyway. If nothing else, it reminds the bastards we’re watching. πŸŒΉπŸ–€πŸ™πŸ•―οΈπŸ¦β€β¬› Right there with you, I wish it would too...but it won't! 😞

The poem critiques authoritarianism, particularly the absurdity and grotesqueness of leaders who prioritize power and control over human life and dignity. It questions the legitimacy of their actions and the societal acceptance of such governance.

        • Tristan Robert Lange

Friendship, you read it clean through...the hypocrisy, the theater, the sanctioned cruelty dressed as duty. Satire may not save us, but it sure as hell exposes them. πŸŒΉπŸ–€πŸ™πŸ•―οΈπŸ¦β€β¬› Thank you for the read, my friend. You are a blessing!

If you say it brother .. then I believe it .. perhaps .. well at least quite often .. N πŸ˜ŽπŸ–€πŸ‘πŸ‘

Haha, cheers Neville...faith in moderation, I’ll take it! πŸ˜‚ Always glad to have you along for the madness, brother. πŸŒΉπŸ–€πŸ™πŸ•―οΈπŸ¦β€β¬›

If only it was as simple as 'We can't trust anyone with a barnet (hair-style/toupee) like that'!

            • Tristan Robert Lange

Haha, Orchi...you’re absolutely right. If only politics were as easy as spotting a dodgy rug on an orange nerf ball! Until then, we’ll just keep writing the truth under the hair. πŸ˜‚πŸŒΉπŸ–€πŸ™πŸ•―οΈπŸ¦β€β¬›

I think he has proven beyond doubt he has no regard for other life except his own, happy for putin to keep killing Ukrainians, supplies Israel to the teath so they can commit genocide, blames every ever committed in America on immigrants. All from a man who feigned injury to get out of military service and is the son of immigrants, maybe if Americans put the gun down, that might cut the crime rate, anyway enjoyed the read

              • Tristan Robert Lange

Tobani, you summed it up perfectly...the grotesque self-interest, the violence dressed as virtue. Appreciate your words, my friend. πŸŒΉπŸ–€πŸ™πŸ•―οΈπŸ¦β€β¬›

                  You are very welcome

whether you believe in it or not, it is affecting the lives of those around for sure, and that's really scary and sad to note

                  • Tristan Robert Lange

Exactly. Yes…belief or not, the consequences are real. That’s the weight of this age...truth ignored as the artery keeps spurting out. Thank you for seeing that, my friend. πŸŒΉπŸ–€πŸ™πŸ•―οΈπŸ¦β€β¬›

                  • David Hopkins

So appropriate for this day of age and I hope the people hear it well …as everyone needs to acknowledge this bad hair day .

                    • Tristan Robert Lange

David, spot on...it’s the era’s endless bad hair day, tangled with denial and ego. If only truth could style itself back into place. Thanks for hearing it, my friend. πŸŒΉπŸ–€πŸ™πŸ•―οΈπŸ¦β€β¬›
