there was once a season
in the night there were dreams ; full of love
you laid beside me
the underlying feeling of loneliness consumed me
and for some reason it didn’t seem to consume you
maybe it did.
there was a season
in the morning
i watched as the sun rise
believing somewhere, somehow
you were watching too
were you?
once there was a season
while it rained
washed over my sorrow
i walked as if you were alongside me
I talked and received no answer
guess you didn't hear me.
and throughout all the seasons
you would never,
whether it was night , morning, sunny or rainy.
you were never really there
right?

- Comment from author about the poem: it takes a second look to realize that person was never really there. It was so superficial it doesn't even exist.

When people are in two different worlds communication is not possible, words may pass but they do not mean the same thing. A lovely write that feels so melancholic.
I understand that now , thank you.
