A sometimes forgettable yearning

Spencer Wilhelm

Purify me.

Make my cheating heart blinded

To darkness, evil, and deciet.

Shine, shine, shine,

So bright all I see is light,

And vision spins and blurs out

Completely the rest of the world.

Quite me

Silence (me)

You, the author

Let me read

As you read me

This seems much more spiritual than religious to me and a deep desire that I wish all had. A lovely write so well expressed in poetic form a fave
