timeless timepiece
when a watch stopped dead
we can check to see the deadline
but an hourglass doesn't keep time
it runs silently out of the timeline
rosary broken，bead by bead
what is time
岁月无痕
当钟表停摆之时
总可以开出它的死亡证明书
而当沙漏流尽，却是无声无息
一如断了念想的念珠
无终无始

This poem has more than one level of interpretation but the first and obvious is more than enough for a fave. So well said in so few words it rings with truth. And a sundial casts its shadow but not at night or cloudy days.
