In silence, I faced fears alone
Found strength within, a solution to call my own
But in triumph, I found a truth profound
That vulnerability is were love is found
I realized I wasn't open, wasn't free
Afraid to share my struggles, my heart with thee
But with you, I feel safe, protected and sound
That's a beauty that I've found
I yearn for deeper intimacy, a love so true
I'm here to share, to let you into my nest
Either way, know that I appreciate your support
I'm committed to being more open, to letting love report
I love you, value our bond so dear
I'll work on being vulnerable, year by year
With you, I feel seen, heard and known
Together, our love will be our forever home
