Notice of absence from NinjaGirl
Hi everyone! I have been gone for a while, I don’t know if any of you all have noticed, but I apologize for not leaving a notice anyway. I will be gone for a while. I am not done writing poetry, and I have not given up. But I will be away for some time. I expect to return around 2028. Not sure if any of you guys will see this, but thank you for reading my poetry. Please do not worry, I will be okay! I look forward to returning!

It would be poetic, wouldn't it?
To bleed out in the rain
Blood falling like droplets
Mixing with the dirty rain water
And reminding me of my uncleanliness.
It would be beautiful, right?
To connect with the young me
Who would have danced in the rain
And laughed--it would be lovely to do
The same and smile as I lay down to rest.
It would be magical, don't you think?
To cry like the rain
And slowly lose my vision
As I get so tired and comfortable
Following little me to the other side.

- Comment from author about the poem: It would be devastating though, for the ones who believed in me and had my back...even if it is such a small number.

Always easier to give up but not always better. A heartfelt poem of joining nature and leaving this shell behind. Sad and dark in a light way. Nicely done
Thank you for reading!
You are most welcome
This envokes an unwelcome sadness like being caught in a storm and the rain are your tears. Seeiously, nicely done.
Thank you...I write what I feel and I feel what I write!
An excellent poem!
Thank you!
