October 11th

Reverend

Air’s cool

The water glistens

Your voice talks

My heart listens

Are you cold?

I got mittens

Is what i’d say

If I wasn’t sittin’

October 11th

2025

The day heart

Learned to sit aside

Let honesty prevail

Over temptation and pride

Thank you Lord

For teaching me tonight

Arrive with a new fit

I’m dashing

White suit so clean that

It’s snatchin’

I’m here with my friend

Yea, we laughin’

Ignore the feelings that

I’m catching

But I can’t ignore that smile

Shit, I’ll just look for a while

Stare so long like the Nile

I’ll just look away

It’s my style

I’ll just pretend

I still see you as a friend

So I’ll just talk weird

Walk weird

Act weird

Back here

My heart can’t take

This anymore

Just go on

Throw me over the peer

Shove my feelings in the rear

Forget I was even here

Though we’re coming here together

I kinda wished there was bad weather

So I ain’t gotta see you all like that

But girl, I can’t ignore you

Kinda wish somebody stole you

Because I don’t want somebody new

Kind of wish tonight was true

She say we go platonically

I say it so ironically

Because those feelings are so wrong to me

Just wish we we’re a reality

Man, kinda wish I’d stayed home

Being with you makes me feel alone

So I don’t hide my feelings being shown

But how can I?

I mean really

She’s got these

Gorgeous little eyes

Like pearls

Reflecting the night sky

I’ve always liked emeralds

Til’ tonight

And know they make

Me wanna die

A little inside

Because I know she ain’t mine

And I know it’s by design

Because there never was time

I ever saw some heartfelt signs

So I just let these feelings drown

In the river

Ignore the frown

I’ll feel better in a month

Just gotta get out of this rut

It’s harder then it seems

The more I see her face

The more my heart wants to scream

Cause there’s just nothing inbetween

I don’t know what I mean

But I when I saw her by the pay

My heart began to speak and say

By the way, I love you

Oop, forget that I asked you

I mean, I wasn’t talking to you

Kinda wish I never asked you

Not really but still.

By the way

Not that you asked

But that dress

Complements your eyes

The way the

Horizon means the sky

In just harmony

On my

I could right poems

‘Bout your eyes

Now sweet a shade of olive

They really are

If pedestrians ain't careful

They hit by a car

Because they distracted

Staring far

Into your eyes

Hey, I’d do it too.

They like nature

They flow and swirl, and GIRL!

Can you do this later?

Your beauty

It’s distracting

Stop hacking

Stop pulling on my heartstrings

With eyes and smile

Knawing

At any sanity I had left

I guess it’s all just for the best

If I just let these feelings rest

Forget about tonight and the

Forest dress

I guess my heart is just

A mess

I want you to clean

Could you help me?

I mean

Would you mind

And give me a hand

Preferably yours

If you gave me a chance

I’d take you where I want to go

I got a car, hope in, let’s go

But

I know you ain’t asking

It’s all in my mind

The plan that I’m mapping

I can’t tell if my feelings

Are masking

But I wish that this wasn’t

Everlasting

Because it stings

I hand her flowers

The ones I took 15 minutes

To decipher

Is it the pink or red

I’ll buy her

Holding up the line

Wait, almost over!

I hand it to her

Like a pile

I think she liked it

Ignore her smile

Tho it’s so damn perfect

Man, she so elegant

Every thing ‘bout her is relevant

Like the way she talks

She so delicate

I’m addicted to her voice

No regiment

She got me addicted

Like I’m homeless and on fent

Just for her

I’d learn to pay rent

For her sweetness

Because her essence

Is my weakness

But my feelings

Are meaningless

But I just want to find

Completeness

So I’ll just

Leave it

Man, our photos look so cute

It’s to a point a wanna puke

But I’ll just put my heart on mute

So you don’t know how much I like you
