They came and went
Some heaven sent
Some still hell bent
On fun
They brought some hope
An ounce of dope
A noosed up rope
And gun
They won't be told
Or let me fold
Come straight in cold
To stun
The whole world shook
Nostalgia took
A last look
At the sun
It's black as coal
My heart and soul
Pick at each hole
As one
I've loads to say
Will find a way
But for today
I'm done
