Meet Tucker!

GenXer Shamrocker ☘️

Meet my next character! His name is Tucker! A young man who is his own boss; and up until recently he was taking care of his father who for all his life was a trucker. Henry has been sick for about four years. A diagnosis that will take his life has taken over and has Tucker trying to hold onto his Faith over his fears. Tucker already lost his mom when he was barely a teen. Picked on all throughout school; some kids were quite mean. Henry pulled him out of school when he was in the eighth grade; he had had enough; a tough decision to be made. Henry had not had a clue on how to fill the void in Tucker’s life. He only knew how to be a good leader; a father; through hard work and prayer; boy did God provide!  Henry is a man of Faith and he knew all things would work together for good. He was lead by guidance from above and he listened as he should. Henry taught Tucker how to grow his own food, to provide for a future family, to build a home. Teaching him all the while that Tucker will never be alone. He never could fill the void Rose left behind. Tucker sure missed his mom; and cried many times. Tucker grew into a fine man taking over dad’s trucking company. Never went to college. Has no particular degree. Today he’s meeting with a caseworker who should be able to provide much needed help and relief to a heart that is torn. Tucker’s been caring for dad on his own and is feeling quite worn. So what do you think another love story ahead? Hopefully you’ll stayed tuned to see what I have planned ahead!!!

Shamrocker you have returned to your old style and that is nice. Love the way you weave rhyme into the story in such a natural way. Well done will stay tuned

That line about Henry teaching Tucker to grow food and build a home stands out…it says so much about legacy and love without ever needing to preach it. 🌹🖤🙏🕯️
