As the summer haze gives way to autumn's chill,
A cold breeze drifts our way.
When long days quietly fade,
And starry nights come out to play.
When hazy evenings bathe in light,
That sparkles across the sky —
The breeze fills with joyful sounds,
And celebrations come alive.
When hatchlings return to their nests,
Rejoicing with their families,
After the scorching heat of the world,
They return to warmth and peace.
The nest now smells of sweets,
Coated in love — a melting treat.
They gather in golden nights,
Their laughter wrapped in honeyed light.
It whispers softly through the air —
Our beloved carnival is here.
The festival of joy and grace,
Our radiant Diwali has arrived.
Is it season of love, or change?
A Very Happy Diwali.

- Comment from author about the poem: I didn’t just write about Diwali — I wrote what the wind whispered today. The way the air turned softer, the sky a little warmer, and how love suddenly felt closer again. Maybe it’s not just the season changing... maybe we are too. A poem for Diwali, where warmth feels like home, and every sparkle carries a heartbeat. 🪔 Happy Diwali, with love.

The season, the festival, weather, people all combine to give a feel that no one by itself could give. A lovely write
