Brain dump # 391

Maplespal

The slowness found around the word time,
and loneliness with no sound to be found.
Options given not to or to cross the line,
walking on loosened soil or solid ground.
Thought for food to exercise the mind,
enlighten the process of pointing to form.
Growth inches forwards battling to grind,
lightening before the thunder in a storm.

They do all have an association with each other outside of the rhyme and near rhyme at the end of the line in an ABAB pattern. The first word a measure of the second a defining element. Well done
