My body shudders
Spit drowns my mouth
As I rush to the sink
Leaning over the basin
My elbows shake
Saliva leaks from my mouth
My tongue burns
Chest heaving
Vomit surges
Falling, spluttering
In thick ropes
Through my teeth
I taste the foul retchedness
As I cough
Moisture on my forehead
Limbs aching
My stomach wails
My jaw jerks
My teeth clench
My eyes water
I slowly look up
To the mirror
Look up to see
My bloodshot eyes
Pain gnaws away
At my clouded vision
A haze of confusion
Swells before me
I gasp
Sucking in air
Quick breaths
Send me to the ground
I clutch the drain pipes
Collapse against it
Claw at my throat
Wish I were dead

A thing that most all have experienced so easy to identify with yet nothing that any want to remember a hard read well imaged.
