Always but never;

ꜱʏʟᴠᴀ

always an option, never the choice

always an option, never the choice

always an option, never the choice

Always the poet never the poem

Always the poet never the poem

Always the poet never the poem

Always the dreamer, never the dream

Always the dreamer, never the dream

Always the dreamer, never the dream

Always the great, never the first

Always the great, never the first

Always the great, never the first

Always the spark, never the flame,

Always the spark, never the flame,

Always the spark, never the flame,

Always a part, never the lead

Always a part, never the lead

Always a part, never the lead

Always existing, never alive

Always existing, never alive

Always existing, never alive

    Know the feeling
Always the poison never the cure
Really like how you got this message across

Feeling a part but not the whole is not necessarily a bad thing for we are all parts of something greater with an illusion of independence. The form of this poem is intriguing in the triple repetition of each line. Nicely worded and constructed building of the previous lines it culminates in the difference between existing and living. Well done

I suppose it works both ways.
The ones out in front sometimes have to force themselves to perform.
The introvert in a way is usually the writer, the producer, part of the ingredient to success.
