Epiphany

Shaunmatthewcpoetry

None of this stuff happened before I begun feeling spiritually,

Praying with results kind of equals a full blown epiphany.

A wondering Lord sees our hearts and what's on the inside,

Been waiting patiently for God and Satan's final collide.

Artificial intelligence will rule with an iron fist but no real relevance,

While the elites pack their trunks up and move away like elephants.

I guess it gives me solace to know my words are being heard,

I've read Bibles all the way through but still needing the word.

For the first time ever I'm giving a fave for a just two lines of wordplay and difficult word rhyme
(Artificial intelligence will rule with an iron fist but no real relevance,
While the elites pack their trunks up and move away like elephants.)
The double meaning on trunk and its application to the previous line in elephant and to the present line elite packing makes this charming but this is added to by the difficulty in rhyming the word elephant. For that feat along a fave my friend

Thanks pal, I never thought of it like that but guess yes it is a difficult word to rhyme, appreciate it!

This could be titled 'January 6th' - the festival of the Epiphany. lol. Rhyming with relevance - yes what rhymes with 'vunce'? lol. You seen many vunces around?
A puzzle is: What rhymes with 'orange'? Something 'inge' (sounds like part of hinge). lol
Do shut up now, you're rambling, says my talking dog Fido to me!

          HAHAHAHA!

Fido says to me - when you start rambling, you start talking rubbish. Then he adds - probably no change there then, from when you don't ramble! lol.
