The warm sun

RSM0812

In the sun exists all life,

Its fiery orange a gift.

The rain and all belief.

Through the universe it sifts.

Its light, miraculous life.

The fight, oraculous, strife.

Its wisdom ancient,

The earth its patient.

It grows the trees,

It gives the air,

It lights the day.

Ominously fair.

The maiden of the earth,

Protecting all our universe.

Majestic and grand in its theme and symbol. Interesting that it is presented as a she in that the sun is traditionally seen as a he but it makes some sense in that as a nurturer the sun could well be seen as a mother. Well done

Mother nature is the sun. It gives life to everything. Thank you again for reading and commenting. ๐Ÿ™‚

...it gives and it also takes away. What a mighty source it is. Photosynthesis was quite a fascinating unit in primary school science๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ
