Thanx for the comment but to tell you the truth I'm not sure what the poem is saying.
I think the 1st 2 lines say
Believe in your goals and yourself enough and you will achieve them
And 2nd part
When we discover what is and what is not we find the truth
Best I can come up with my friend

I do believe that much of what one is able to accomplish is based upon their self beliefs but I have to say the last two lines have confused me a bit.
