I turned it all off

Salamanders

I turned it all off

The tv and the phone

the noise

I turned it all off

because I forgot what was underneath

who are we when we peel back the layers of conditioning?

who are we when we breathe in our thoughts without distraction?

turn it all off and see

Noise is such a distraction and interference whether the static of our head or outside noise of society. A lovely write
