Word-wreck

thinkerbell

I hate that humans can speak

cause their words do reek

Of the unbearable stench of ego

Words that wound

Deeper than the mightiest sword

Bleed unto the death of the soul

I'd rather embrace a silent tree

 Cause it doesn't speak

Yet breathes life into me

I'd rather serenade to birdsong

Cause It means nothing to the world

Yet means the world to me

When eyes speak more than words do

My heart sings without ado

Humanity hides behind a mask nature runs naked. A lovely poem of the falseness of the species
