Mutley Ravishes

Never heard

Of the Phoenix 138

Until yesterday

Though I'd encountered

The Great Pyramid's

2038

Give or take

A couple of years

Anyways, it grabbed

Me by the ears

Who moves

The galactic gears?

The numbers give meaning to this poem in its rhyme and flow. Well done

Thanks as always, Soren. Yes, the numbers are where it’s at!

        You are welcome

I like how this one feels like a cosmic riddle: Phoenix, Pyramid, and then suddenly the whole galaxy. It’s like the poem starts small and personal (“grabbed me by the ears”) and then zooms out to the biggest question of all: who’s actually turning the gears of existence? Short, sharp, and it leaves you hanging in that wonder. 🕊️🙏

        • Mutley Ravishes

Yes, I wrote it with the idea of it being a cosmic riddle! Thanks for dropping by.

            Nice!

Mutley, what a short burst of cosmic wonder...cryptic, rhythmic, and deeply alive! You remind us that mystery itself is the motion behind the gears. Very well done and a fave.🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦‍⬛

“Mystery itself is in motion behind the gears.” Love it!

              I looked up Phoenix 138
Took me to panini cards and minecraft game
So I'm as wise as ever
Got us all thinking again mutley
              Good to have you home

I was being pretty cryptic. If you type in Planet Phoenix , 138 year cycle, you can go down a rabbit hole! A guy called “Archaix” can guide you.

A good cosmic riddle , who moves the gears indeed?

                • Mutley Ravishes

                  Who moves into high gear
                  Every 138 years?!

                  • NafisaSB

i would say only Nature can/should and will survive and hopefully do so.....
unless it's the Phoenix rising from the ashes..lol
