Sludge

Incantation

With offering of flesh and blood

I summon fourth the demon Sludge.

Fulfill for me now, my dark desire!

I beg the God of Vengeance to sire

A spawn birthed from the womb of chaos.

Torment my victim and never relent

Til I see his hands crossed at his chest!

May black pool rise up at his feet,

With each night may its depth increase!

Wherever he goes, it too shall follow!

Manifestation

Submerged in filth and all alone,

Surrounded by contorted bones.

The remains of victims forgotten and lost,

Their liquefied flesh all gone to rot.

A stirring begins in the distant slosh.

At chime of midnight the bones combine,

Rise up slowly from putrid slime,

Form melted sinew, skin of grime,

And tail made from a human spine.

The abomination comes alive!

Misplaced eyes emit an eerie red glow.

As it trudges forward, it gurgles and moans.

Deepest terror sinking in

As you stare upon its twisted grin.

It lunges at you, the torment begins!

Torment

A crepitus crescendo as it bends your limbs.

Jagged claws penetrate your skin.

It drives its tail into your hip,

Muscle fibers start to rip.

Into the ooze, your fresh blood drips.

Sliced at the belly, sinking in decay,

Watching your entrails get tossed away.

Shock sets in, your body frozen,

The demon pries your rib cage open.

Vision fades as your life is stolen.

Between its jaws, your skull starts to crack.

A sickening crunch and all fades to black.

Your life was forsaken by a curse and a grudge,

Now you're a part of the demon Sludge.
