Sterile Habit

Yael Olalde-Garcia

I sold gold, not body.

thought it was just a hobby —

made it my lover’s favorite sterile habit.

no cap — still on tap?

wait. watch that dot.

hit the road, on stack —

who’s in the back?

straight — you hiss, i kiss.

you wish to be this.

you greedy, a snitch.

perpetuate the blind.

ill execrate.

watch your mother defecate;

make her veins desiccate.

hope to god — i give her novocaine.

hit the snot like twenty-five.

zero luck, all duck.

not your one fuck.

petrify the chart.

sign, psilomelane.

This seems a free floating chain of thought. Well done
