Notice of absence from NinjaGirl
Hi everyone! I have been gone for a while, I don’t know if any of you all have noticed, but I apologize for not leaving a notice anyway. I will be gone for a while. I am not done writing poetry, and I have not given up. But I will be away for some time. I expect to return around 2028. Not sure if any of you guys will see this, but thank you for reading my poetry. Please do not worry, I will be okay! I look forward to returning!

"it's okay I'll die one day and it will all be over"
I shouldn't
have
to comfort
myself
with the promise
of death...
It's okay my dear
I'll take you in
For your eternal rest
I'll protect you
On your way
to the next life.
But just wait
your time will come
enjoy it before my visit.

A dark read where thoughts of ending things come before enjoying them. I always thought, what if what comes makes this the best of what there is. A sobering poem

You are most welcome, my friend! I am not sure how designing that felt to you...but I find I love the risk taking with format. A little nerve racking when I am not sure it will be pulled off, but that is half the fun! LOL! Again, loved this a lot!
