In the starlight sky, the darkness of the night rides,
Upon a comets tail, shooting stars sublime,
The colors beckon forth, the brilliance and its warmth,
And lights are dancing, space enhancing,
Like a diamond meteor storm.
The moon is quarter of itself,
It hangs so just enclosed,
Inside a box locked deep in time,
Lighting its own repose.
Bring to me the brilliance, trapped inside its cell,
Raise it now tonight, up into the blackest night of hell.
The one upon a wish is meant, to tear and weep and then ferment,
Until set free, on you and me, our eyes do not repent.
Oh starlight sky, its you and I, and all the very earth,
For all mankind, and passer byes, to witness creations birth.
