A Unclear Life

kainat Noor

Life's a race where every steps a test,

Being aheads the goal, but praise is the quest,

Behind smiles  so bright ,mask hide the night,

Facade of goodness, but heart's aren't right

Another's plight a muted plea,

Lost in shadow's of apathy.

And to speak of self, no soul to capture seems,

Too much I hoped, a fault within my dreams,

I stumble oft, my way unclear,

Confused by paths, both far and near,

A choice, I made in clouded mind,

Yet still, it's Echo leaves me blind,

And too, some sorrows stain,

Now lost,, I know not how to gain?

Cryptically written it walks through social facades and gives the reader something to think about
