I tried to blame the wind,
I tried to blame the night,
When I gave up yearning,
Thou, stood like a faith.
Past days of longing,
Craving thy glimpse.
Reality was absurd,
Thy grace was thirst.
Present, in chaos of night,
I stand beside thou.
Yet the desire unspoken,
Of Minstrel who regrets.
Me a stranger indeed to thou,
Thy elegance so innocent.
Thine eyes, thy hair, thy smile,
Imperishable as I adore.
Aches to see thy parting,
Abandoned me with sinners.
Yet undying need for thou,
Buried deep in mine heart.

This seems a love poem on one level or another not a sappy or gooey love poem but one of real love that is more than sex and roses. Nicely done
