Wanderer

My heart wanders, to be as far as you,

I watch the stars, do you see them too?

I close my eyes and pretend to fly,

Like the shooting star that leads to you.

It lit up the sky turning shadows bright,

Did you see it too? 

Maybe I'm a dreamer and you're only a dream,

Maybe it's the only way I'll be next to you,

The wind just shifted as I thought of your touch,

Did you feel it too? 

If it's through our words, that bridge our worlds,

If it's through our dreams where we only meet,

Then never let me wake, because in you,

The wanderer found his place.
