We must
relinquish
the fear
of fear to come
When trapped
in our psyches
it keeps us
undone
Fear
when its real
has a worth
of its own
But
its anticipation
should be forever
— disowned

Kurt this is a personal favorite of mine and is so true. Your wording of this one is wonderful and makes it clear the difference between the helpful and the hurtful. A definite fave
Thanks, check out 'Fine Lines' on Netflix where a woman climber talks about the
difference between phobia and real fear. Happy Thanksgiving.
And a happy Thanksgiving to you as well Kurt
Truth! Truth! Truth! Amen! Hallelujah! I am not sure what else I can say! Well done, Kurt! This could be truer and the craft is always there! 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦⬛
Thanks TR, Happy Thanksgiving.
